hey! i’m carolyn.
i’m a writer, comedian, actor, and singer currently based out of los angeles. after moving from the bay area to chicago, i went to the theatre school at depaul university, where i ran the university’s satire magazine and performed in plays, sketch shows, and musicals.
shortly after graduation, i got accepted to second city’s conservatory program and hired as a contributor for the onion. i did multiple national tours to cut my teeth in the theatre world (including at the kennedy center!) and made my first TV appearance.
most recently, i’ve been writing and performing on a sketch team, written a full-length play called troubled girls (sheLA semifinalist), sung in a national commercial, written headlines for reductress, and have done voiceover work for netflix. check this page to stay updated on my new projects!
